This house was built by the clients grandfather in the 1960s.  Little if any updates had been made since, so we gutted much of the home while keeping some crucial design elements original such as the massive brick fireplace and large ceiling beams.  The custom cherry cabinets, white engineered quartz, and forest web brown marble give this cottage style house a contemporary upgrade.  A renovated bath, and a redesigned master suite take advantage of every space in this house.   

We gutted and remodeled the kitchen and buffet area of this 1890's farmhouse.  Slate porcelain tile, custom alder and cherry cabinets, and granite countertops lend this farmhouse an updated look.  Handmade backsplash tile in a herringbone pattern, copper hardware and a copper chandelier bring a warm feeling to this comfortable farm.  

From small rooms to a purple toilet, little of this ranch went untouched.  We removed walls to give the kitchen and dining area a more open feel.  Custom gray stained shaker cabinets and white granite counters blend nicely with hand distressed black walnut floors to give a rich warm feel to this house.  

In this project we took a partially finished basement and transformed it into a great gathering space.  Custom cherry cabinets contrast nicely with the whitewashed walnut floors.  A two tiered bar area with Typhoon Green granite gives ample seating room for entertaining and socializing.
